His interests lie in surgical treatment of benign and malignant brain tumours, awake craniotomies, brain cortical mapping, intraoperative neurophysiology monitoring, fluorescence guided resection of brain tumours, miniminally invasive cranial surgery and cranial endoscopy. He also routinely performs neurosurgical procedures in trauma patients and deals with general neurosurgical conditions including hydrocephalus and degenerative spine disease.

Completed his Medical School and Neurosurgical training in Italy and a Research Fellowship at Mayo Clinic (Rochester, Minnesota).
Underwent higher specialist training in Neurosurgery and Neuro-oncology at King’s College Hospital, London.
